02What data we collect
We collect data only when you send us an inquiry yourself through the forms on the site (the home page, “Contacts”, “Promotions”, “Corporate clients”, “Antique clocks”, the model pages):
- your name;
- a phone number or e-mail address – whichever you left for us to contact you;
- the message and what you selected in it – topic, model, brand, kind of clock; for a corporate inquiry – company, occasion, quantity, budget and deadline, if you fill them in;
- the date and time it was sent, the page it was sent from and the IP address it was sent from.
The site does not require registration, does not sell online and does not collect payment details. We do not use visitor statistics and do not profile visitors.
03Why, and on what basis
- To answer your inquiry and make you an offer – at your request and with your consent, which you give with the tick box under the form.
- To protect the site from abuse – the IP address is used to allow no more than 5 inquiries from one address per hour and to detect automatically sent messages (legitimate interest).
We do not use your data for advertising or newsletters, and we do not sell it.
04Who has access to it
- The inquiry is stored in the site’s administration and sent by e-mail to shadian@abv.bg.
- The company that maintains the site receives a copy of the inquiries to check that the forms work, and has access to the administration – as a processor acting on our behalf.
- The site is hosted on the servers of a hosting provider in the European Union.
We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
05How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as they are needed for our communication with you and for carrying out what we have agreed. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time – write to us at shadian@abv.bg.
The counter of inquiries from one IP address is deleted automatically after one hour.
06Your rights
At any time you can ask for:
- access to the data we hold about you;
- correction of inaccurate data;
- erasure of the data;
- restriction of the processing;
- your data in a portable format;
- an objection to its processing to be considered.
You can also withdraw your consent – this does not affect the processing before the withdrawal. Write to us at shadian@abv.bg or call 0882 103 051.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
07Cookies and third-party services
The site does not set cookies for visitors. The fonts and maps are loaded from our server. The YouTube video loads only if you play it, and Google Maps, Facebook and Viber open only when you click a link to them. Details in “Cookies”.
“Nearest to me” on the “Stores” page uses your location only in the browser and only if you allow it – it is not sent to us.
