How we work

Five steps for every watch

To preserve the movement and the appearance of your watch, every repair follows the same professional service procedure.

  1. 01 Acceptance Upon acceptance, a professional watchmaker carefully inspects the condition of the case, the movement and the gaskets.
  2. 02 Analysis Tests depending on the movement – quartz, automatic or mechanical; if necessary, under a microscope. You get an accurate estimate before the repair.
  3. 03 Repair and maintenance After your approval: repair, cleaning and complete service with Swiss Moebius lubricants. All worn parts are replaced.
  4. 04 Testing Between 24 and 168 hours (1 to 7 days) depending on the movement – accuracy, water resistance and power reserve.
  5. 05 New warranty After every completed service – a new 12-month warranty card covering the work and all replaced parts.

  • Water-resistance test

    High-precision equipment measures the watch’s reaction to pressure, vacuum and immersion in water, according to its technical specifications. We recommend it every year before the summer.

  • Crystals made to order

    We make and polish crystals for wrist, wall and pocket watches – in any shape, thickness and size.

Maintenance

The movement works 24 hours, 365 days

A car’s engine works only while it is running, but the “engine” of a watch – its movement – works continuously, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance, prevents premature wear and guarantees long-lasting precision.
